Wellness Wednesday:

I recently had my exercise group write down what the ate for 3 days. I didn’t want them to put extra effort in because I said do so either. I just wanted them to eat how they normally eat. I gave them a food log and said, “Go for it!”


Who’s Got The Juice?

It seems that more an more Americans are using juicing as a means of losing weight. Juicing takes all the hassle out of preparing food, and it doesn’t come with as many calories. When food is blended into liquid form it absorbs into your blood stream quicker because the food is already broken down. It is also a great way to consume your recommended servings of fruits and vegetables for the day.
