Take the time to learn proper form!

So many injuries occur in the gym because lack of proper form (and too much resistance weight). If you are a novice to weight lifting , make an effort to seek out advice from the professional staff in the gym.

 

Sometimes Running Is the Only Thing That Makes Sense

Exercise + Hair = ?

Although I knew 4 out of 5 African American women are obese, I did not know the contributing factors. According to Medscope.com, a group of African American women were selected to participate in a study as to why they don’t exercise. Barriers included lack of social support, social stigma and shame, economic concern, and of course hair.
